Soon after, my carpenter, Juvenal Lopez, and I began taking a 100-year-old home down to studs. We reconfigured the layout, added new electrical, new plumbing, and painstakingly restored the natural charm and detail of the home. It’s been a fun journey that soon led to remodeling for friends and then became an offering of my company, The Dwell Well Experience.

When taking on a new project, I always consult and utilize the skills of my right-hand

man, Juvenal Lopez. He is a master carpenter, jack of all trades and overall construction

magician with almost 40 years of experience in the industry. A true artist in his field, he

takes my vision and makes it come to life. I also have an outstanding group of

professional tradesmen that I have trusted with my own homes over and over again.

They are all hardworking locals that have strong ties to our community. Years of

remodeling have made me very knowledgeable on city permits and codes, which is a

key component to keeping your project running smoothly and getting finished on time

and on budget.
